Rise Above, Public Health England

Watch What I Do explores how seemingly small acts of bullying take their toll and common challenges like body confidence and toxic friendships. Body image, bullying and peer pressure were all evidenced* as some of the very real reasons why young women stop taking part in sport which has seen a decline in recent years. The aim behind the film was to encourage young women to stand strong, not bow to peer pressure and reflect on how their behaviours may have a negative influence on  others. PROCESS

The subject was workshopped with young people and the ideas and characters were co-created with a youth team at every stage of the production process.
